T21's Re-launch

I’ve relaunched T21 to gain a platform from which to share the knowledge I’ve obtained and created with a broader audience.  The speed at which innovations are developed and adopted seems to have sped up, logically that puts more pressure on the need to operationalize quickly and effectively. My goal is to share my experience and knowledge.

I am a Business Executive with senior leadership and hands-on experience in the fields of Business Management, Strategy, Organizational Leadership and Change, Product/Project Management and Marketing. I am currently a Doctoral Candidate in an Executive Program, majoring in Business (Management) and I hold Master’s level degrees in both Business (MBA) and Engineering. 

Throughout my career, I’ve successfully lead teams towards achieving Corporate goals (including acquisition synergies) through process evolution, innovation, managing resources against priorities, leading inter-departmental project teams, and communicating across top-tier Management, Customers and Team members. Who is Meg Walsh? 

I launched T21 Consulting in 1999 to provide consulting services focused on Marketing and Sales. Over the years, in response to changing market demands, I’ve transitioned my focus to Strategy, Innovation and Change Management. My goal is to share the expertise and knowledge I’ve accumulated with young firms as well as with firms that have lost this expertise through employee attrition.
